He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ames Reed; his children, Rebecca Bedell of Horseheads, NY, Joseph R. (Terri Reed Jr.), Daniel (Hope Reed) and Timothy Reed of Horseheads, NY; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Reed (Geoffrey A.); his grandchildren, Victoria Bedell, Joseph R. Reed III, Tyler Reed and Joshua Reed; and his sister Susan Bryant. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
