He is survived by: his parent Betty Jane Oleksik Tolpa; his wife Patricia L. Hopkins Tolpa; his children, Alyssa L. Tolpa and Joshua A. Tolpa; his father Joseph A. Tolpa Sr.; his siblings, William, Ann Tolpa, Kathy, Rick Purcell, Karen, Steve Vedete, Suzanne and Joe Hughes; his parents-in-law, Allan and Arlene Hopkins; and his sisters-in-law, Allan Hopkins, Arlene "Pat" Hopkins, Rebecca Hopkins and David Hopkins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of caring friends.
