He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue Collins (Parrott) and Merle Collins. He is survived by: his significant other Shannon (Freeman); his grandchildren, Liam, Lily, Payten, Finley, Mia, Rowan, Jamison and Astrid; and his siblings, Mark Collins (Lisa), Carol Marsh (Dave), Christina Zimmer (Joe) and Donna Angle (Bob). He is also survived by his best friend and loving wife, children, grandchildren.
