Joan Arnold Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2021, at the age of 83, Joan Arnold of Horseheads, New York, born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Valentine and Althea Valentine (McVannon). She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Valerie Arnold, Lisa Levack (Scott) and Steven Arnold; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Zachary Levack and Tabitha Arnold; her sister Betty James; and her brother-in-law Terry Arnold. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
