He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle H. Woodworth and Ellamae Woodworth (Combs); and his siblings, Merle, Daniel, James, William, Rachel and Mary Woodworth.
He is survived by: his wife Faith Ann Campbell; his children, Jeremy Woodworth (Crystal) of Big Flats and Jessica Robie (Dean) of Savona; his grandchildren, Wesley Woodworth (Paige) of Rochester, Devin Woodworth, Samantha Woodworth, Leah Robie, Brennan Robie and Quinlynn Robie of Savona; his sisters, Patricia Baer, Helen Storms (Dave), Connie Force (Gerry) of Prattsburgh, Kathy Rice (Reginald) of Cameron, Lorrie Wallace (Jeff) of Mitchellsville, Ellie Johnson of Corning and April Rogers (Kelly); and his close friends, Stanley Wachala of Avoca, Donna and Charlie Woodcock of Addison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
