He is survived by: his father Harry Forker; his brother Butch Sherman; his father-in-law Harold Cokely; his siblings-in-law, Margo Symonds and Scott Cokely; his wife Pam Cokely Forker; his children, Krista Forker Spinks (Alex) and Shaun Forker of Weaverville; his mother-in-law Grace Cokely; his siblings-in-law, Berry Cokely (Kathy), Pat Lee (Doug) and Jim Symonds; his grandchildren, Jordan, Max, Natalie Spinks, Katherine Forker and Peyton Forker; his aunt Lillian Kinner; and also, Kelli Dillingham of Weaverville, Taylor, Raegan, Jackson, Maddie, Sarah, Steve Kreitzer, Laurie Kreitzer, Carol Cragan, Danny Cragan, Debbie Difasi, Danny Difasi and David Stearns.
