He is survived by: his children, Carly, Marcus Holthaus, Jessica and Donald Summerhill; his grandchildren, Reese of Arizona, Harrison of Arizona and Mia of Arizona; his former wife Kim Lawrence of Arizona; and his sisters, Karen (Michael Harper), Sherry (Tanner Kirk) and Valerie (Timothy Scott Prentice). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
