It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helene Hayes (Horseheads, New York), born in Port Jervis, New York, who passed away at the age of 90, on December 4, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Conklin and Cordelia Conklin. She is survived by: her children, Leland Hayes (Karen) of Winnsboro, S. C., Linda Morrell, Jr. (Rich) of Horseheads, N. Y., LouAnn Pritchard (Chris) of Canandaigua, N. Y., Larry Hayes (Debby) of Haslet, Tex. and Leonard Hayes (Wendy) of Roanoke, Tex.; her siblings, Eugene Conklin (Shelba), Jerry Conklin (Judi), Dorothy Hood, Lucille Millspaugh and Karon Johnson (Roger); and her sister-in-law Cartha Conklin. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Masks will be required along with social distancing at limited building attendance, following the current guidelines.
