Baker of Horseheads, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Turner and Helen Sheehan Turner; and her siblings, James Turner, William Turner, Carolyn Kolb and Mary Jane Ruggiero.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Baker; her daughter Leslie A.; her son-in-law William Petty of Warners, NY; her grandchildren, Megan, Alex, Claire and Lauren Petty; and her sisters, Rose Berman and Elizabeth Chilson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
