He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Youker and Nina Sponable Youker; his siblings, Leon Youker, Kenneth "Bud" Youker, Roy Youker, Christine Steciak, Iva Mae Heavener, Ivan Youker, Clara of Maine, Lendole Youker, Marlene Barnes, Earl "Jim" Youker and Jeanne Schuyler; his former wife Lois Youker (Cramer); and his grandson Colin Youker.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia A. Mosher Youker; and his children, Pauline Williams (Larry) of Salisbury, NY, Donna Novak (Joseph) of Galway, NY, Karen Francisco (Larry) of Amsterdam, NY, Lorraine Deveny (George) of Dolgeville, NY, Harvey Youker Jr. of Ft. Myers, FL, Michelle Buffis (Robert) of Lanesboro, MA and Darrin Youker (Esther). He is also survived by grandchildren and several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and extended family.
