He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Lester Carlton and Carrie Julia Hidden; his wife Norma Jean Youngblood; his children, Timothy Carlton (Phyllis), Susan Carlton, Julia Ferris and Janet Osmun (Milo); his close friend Shelly Grant; and also Bakery. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
