It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harford C Beck (Horseheads, New York), who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Beck and Willard Beck; his siblings, Carl Beck, Mary Messner (Charles) and Catherine Fulmer (Robert); and his brother-in-law Howard Antes.
He is survived by: his children, Vikki Gilliland (Gary) of Sarasota, FL, Rick Beck of Horseheads, NY, Larry Beck (Tammy) of Elmira Heights, NY and Doug Beck (Pam) of Lorain, OH; his grandchildren, Richard Clayton Gilliland, Daniel Gilliland, Ashley Barrett (Buddy), Andrea Beck (Kevin Rice) and Leslie Beck; his great grandchildren, Ethan and Marianna Barrett; his former wife Catherine Beck (Sadie); his siblings, Helen Antes of Gillett, PA, Russell Beck (Betty) of Naylor, GA, Bill Beck (Phyllis) of Canton, PA, George Beck (Florence) of Ralston, PA and Harry Beck (Virginia) of Muncy, PA.; and his stepchildren, Lloyd Opper (Andrea), Thomas Opper (Patricia), Mary Smith (Stanley), June (Ronald) of Georgia and Sharon Lighton (Mike). He is also survived by 19 step-grandchildren, 32 step-great grandchildren, 19 step- great great grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.
He remained active his entire life and lived independently until he was hospitalized January 2nd with COVID.
