He is survived by: his wife Lucille Smith; his children, Cheryl Silvernail (Stephen), Glenda Sano (Stephen), Dawn Wilson (Bryan) and Douglas Smith (Suellen); his grandchildren, Jay Silvernail (Katherine), Ryan Silvernail, Jennifer Eastman (James), Christen Shaw (Joe), Mark Stethers (Crystal), Michaela Parker (Mike), Jamie Miller (Bridget), Bradley Miller, Kimberly Smith, David Sano (Megan) and Jessica Sano; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Ava, Brynn Silvernail, Jeremy Silvernail, Connor, Olivia Sano, Noah Bosket, Bradock Salisbury, James Eastman, Joey, Riley Shaw, Alexus Lewis, Blake Stethers, Hunter Parker, Trevor, Tyler, Tanner Miller, Kaylin Miller, LaVerne Brown and Lynn Struzinsky; his close friend Tom Drum; and his cousins, Gary, Sharon Puschasic, Trudy and Brian Kepner.
