It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude E. Merritt of Horseheads, New York, born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Steve. She is survived by: her husband Richard Charles Merritt; her children, Cindy, Dave Caffo, Rob and Lori Merritt; her grandchildren, Stephen, Phil (Mary), Lindy (Jim) and Molly (Devin); her great grandchildren, Timothy, Caleb, Logan and Lucas; and her cousin Katie.
