It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Carl Mortensen of Horseheads, New York, born in Canandaigua, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Mortensen and Mary Mortensen; his wife Carol; his brother Paul; and his grandson Paul Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Merkle, Mary Robinson (Mike), Bob (Debi), Brian (Georgia) and Bill (Janet). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
