Thrower (Horseheads, New York), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 9, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Stanley Moore. She is survived by: her parents, Elmer Moore and Alice Moore (Porter); her husband Jesse C. Thrower Sr. of Horseheads; her children, Rodney Thrower (Christie) of Eugene, Jesse Thrower Jr (Jacquelyn), Melanie Thrower of Corning and Marissa Thrower of Beaver Dams; her sister Jennifer Moore Smith (Donald Smith) of Williamsport, PA; and her grandchildren, Jurell, Alex, Dylan, Jazlinn and Tacarria.
Memorial donations in Betsy's name may be made to the Guthrie Cancer Center at Corning Hospital.
