He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Melisko and Helen Melisko (Gregus); his wife Shirley; and his son-in-law Kevin Sample. He is survived by: his son Christopher Melisko; his grandchildren, Dylan, Alex and Zoe; his daughter Stephanie Sample; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Shaun and Shannon. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
