Dorothy Carlier Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Carlier of Horseheads, New York, born in Windsor, Ontario, who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Woods and Winifred Woods (Ogden); her husband Roger; her son Edward Carlier; and her daughter-in-law Deb Cutler.

She is survived by: her children, John Carlier (Valerie) of Manchester, NH, Karen (Brett Patton) and Jody (Tom Atkinson); her grandchildren, Jennifer Embree (Jason), Scott Kennedy, Matthew Atkinson (Nicole) and Diane Rinaldi (Nick); her great grandchildren, Olivia Scouten (Luke Sthal), Alec Embree, Chloe and Stanley Rinaldi; and her sisters, Rosemary Hart, Marjorie Irwin and Ruth Baker (Ron).

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Dorothy through donations to Elmwood Ave. Baptist Church.
