He is survived by: his daughter Donna Sullivan (Judd); his grandchildren, Joshua (Jamie), Kenneth (Ashley) and Ryan (Courtney); his daughter Joan Dolaway (David); his grandchildren, Thomas (Elizabeth) and Derrike; his daughter-in-law Donna Kerbein Walker-Hulben; his grandchildren-in-law, Jackie (Greg) and Jeremy; and his close friend Thomas Nelson.
