He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Kosty and Catherine Kosty (Benza); his brother Charles A. Kosty; and his stepson Col. William E. Croft. He is survived by: his wife Jean Marie W. Kosty; his brother Robert'Bob' Kosty (Marrianne) of Horseheads; his stepchildren, Joseph H. Croft (Kerry) of Ontario, NY and Kerri M. Cover (John) of Millersburg, PA; his stepgranddaughter Diane; and his grandchildren, Maria J. Bremer (Brian), Hannah N. Fose (Josh), Katelynn M. Lackey (Alex), Jessica M. Stauffer (Zach), William Bryson Croft of Harry, LJ and Elizabeth'Libby'Croft. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
