She is survived by: her parents, Jan Hosley and JoAnn Burrows Treat; her son Zachery (Samantha); her grandsons, Jeffery White and Michael White; her brother Allen Jairus Treat of Waneta Lake, NY; and her fiancé Sean Surace. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
