We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2022, at the age of 62, Debra L. Lattin of Horseheads, New York, born in Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Lee L. Robbins; her brother Michael Lee Robbins; and her niece Alicia Hoover. She is survived by: her mother Vivian Gustin Robbins of Elmira, NY; her daughters, Heather Rounds of Horseheads, NY and Olivia Lattin of Burdett, NY; her granddaughters, McKenna Rounds and Annabell Rounds; and her sisters, Pam Tarver (Paul) of Meridian and Karen Robbins (Carl Tremaine) of Elmira, NY. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
