She is survived by: her parent Janice Ham (Powers); her daughter Nicole Marie Terpolilli of Elmira Heights; her grandsons, Aronde Savann Terpolilli and Cayden Jamison Collier; her brothers, Martin Ham (Melanie) of Roanoke, VA, Roger Ham (Denise) of Hackensack, NJ and Scott Ham (Susan) of Somerville, AL; her nephew Michael Ham (Sally); and her great-niece Eleanor of Huntsville, AL..
