Though Deborah may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Cowan and Velma Cowan (Roberts). She is survived by: her close friend Charles Anderson; her sons, Christopher Cowan and Zachary Cowan (Tasha); her sisters, Karen Riker and Mary Nichols; her nephews, Jason Riker and Jeffery Riker, Jr.; and her pet Ozzy.
