She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Jewell and Margret Jewell; her siblings, Carol and Maurie Ferland; her sister-in-law Charlene Jewell; and her father-in-law William T. Hornsby.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Cole (Steve), Jessica Stetts (Joe), Bill Hornsby (Brittany) and Jason Hornsby (Danielle); her grandchildren, Alexis (Zachary), Tyler, Connor Stetts, McKayla Hornsby (Marissa), Gavin, Olivia, Greyson Hornsby, Henry Smith, Logan, Mason and Ella Hornsby; and her friends, Terri Bommarito, Pat Ostrander and Vonda Fero.
