He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph D. Miller and Esther E. Miller (Runyon); and his stepmother Agnes Price Miller. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Miller (Allis) of Horseheads; his sons, Ryan Miller of Richmond, VA and Gregory Miller of Elmira; his siblings, Barbara Simcoe and Clifford Miller (Pauline) of Corning, NY; his niece Heather Honce; and his great-nephew Alexander Honce. He is also survived by 7 step-siblings and many cousins.
