He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Osborn and Ellen Chapman Osborn; and his grandson Camden Greenlaw. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kay Osborn (Brown); his children, Chari Mayo-Parmenter (Brian), Zachary, Zeigan and Kimberly Greenlaw (Brock); his grandchildren, Paige, Lorelei, Serenity, Mathias and Simon; his son Joshua Osborn (Michelle); his grandchildren, Ashlynn and Zoey; his son Gabriel Osborn; and his brother Gary Osborn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers Dale's request was for a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children.
