It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Constance Ruger of Horseheads, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on February 11, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carleton Schroth and Elizabeth Schroth (TenBroeck); her stepsons, Thomas, Timothy and Theodore Ruger; and her brother Ronald Schroth (Patricia).
She is survived by: her husband William Ruger (Bill); her stepson Terry Ruger (Barbara); and her siblings, William Schroth (Connie Wolcott) of Elmira, Allen Schroth (Carol) of Elmira and Carlene Hammond (Richard) of Spencer, NY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Connie's memory may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care or to the charity of one's choice.
