She is survived by: her children, Teresa Smith, Chris Smith and Brian Smith; her grandchildren, Devin Curkendall, Kara Curkendall and Aiden Jurns; her great grandchild Lincoln Mauk; and her siblings, Dodie Cullen, Tammy Beck, Linda Peters, Karen Tillotson, Dave Gublo, Ted Gublo and Denny Titsworth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
