She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lawrence Nero Sr. and Thelma Nero (Shipman); her mother-in-law Frances Tice (Ferguson); her brothers, Junior Nero and William Nero; her son Michael M. Westlake; and her grandson Lawrence Charles Radford.
She is survived by: her significant other Charles W. Tice; her sister Janet Howard (Francis); and her children, Nancy Marmor, Donna Radford (Dan), Tracy Starbuck, Connie Wilcox (Kenny) and Karl Tice (Rose). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
