He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Mary Tice (Nero); his parents, Anthony Edward Tice and Frances Ferguson Tice; his parents-in-law, Lawrence Edward Nero Sr. and Thelma Nero (Shipman); his brothers, Harry Tice and Roy Tice; his brothers-in-law, Lawrence Edward Nero Jr., William Nero, Francis Howard and Richard Dekoschak; his grandson Lawrence Charles Radford; and his son Michael M. Westlake.
He is survived by: his sister Ann Dekoschak (Richard); his sister-in-law Janet Howard (Francis); and his children, Nancy Marmor, Donna Radford (Dan), Tracy Starbuck, Connie Wilcox (Kenny) and Karl Tice (Rose). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
