He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Gail Calkins (Frank), Phyllis Barry (David) and Mike Kline (Sheri); his grandchildren, Eric Calkins (Angie), Brandon Calkins (Angel Welty), Heather, Summer Matejka, Courtney Lee Kline (Seth Howard), Micheal S. (Yesenia) and Kyle Kline; his great grandchildren, Laura Mansfield, Jack Flansburg, Evan Calkins, Cameron Calkins, Michael V. Kline, Myles Kline and Elizabeth Howard; his niece Susan; his nephews, John Slovak, Dave Blauvelt and Dan Lindsay; and his siblings, Peg Young and Ronald Kline.
