She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Frank Parrow; her parents, Charles Stermer and Marion Bradt Stermer; her children, John Wallace Parrow and Penny Parrow Turner; her siblings, Jay Stermer, Jolina Stermer Klesa, Helen Stermer Frazer, Charles Stermer Jr. and Nelson Stermer; her sons-in-law, Malcolm "Bud" Turner and Leonardo Masciole; and her grandson Marc Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Parrow Masciole of Horseheads, NY, Christopher Parrow (Darlene) of Wilmington, NC and Deborah Parrow Horsey (Joseph) of Elmira Heights, NY.; her sister Esther Stermer Margeit (Thomas) of Horseheads, NY; her grandchildren, Michael Bailey (Alice), Jaime Lynn Bailey (Jack), Rob Bailey, Donovan Davis, Wallace Davis (Audriana), Brandon Parrow (MaryBrooks), Jason Parrow (Angela), Steve Turner, Joey Coolbaugh and Quinton Parrow; her sister-in-law Linda Stermer; and her cousin Beamary Bradt Prettyman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extend family members and friends.
