He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Jenkins and Lena Jenkins (Bauman). He is survived by: his wife Donna Jenkins (Dobell); his children, Jamie Dobell (Justin Howe), Carl Jenkins Jr., Kimberly Jenkins and Sissy Jenkins (Mike Kleist); his sisters, Elaine Lilly (Donald) and Patricia Matthews; and his brothers-in-law, James Dobell, Jim Vorhees, Kem Burgett and Charles Wheeler Sr.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
