He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Woodworth and Ruth Woodworth (Nary); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his former wife Doris J. Strong; his wife Doris J. Woodworth of Horseheads; his sons, Stephen Woodworth (Theresa) of Watkins Glen and Gary Woodworth (Jackie) of Trumansburg; his grandchildren, Derek Woodworth, Matthew Woodworth, Margaret "Meg" Woodworth and Luke Apgar; and his great grandchildren, Khloe Goodrich, Hayden Woodworth, Natalee Woodworth and Brooke Apgar.
