We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2022, at the age of 85, Bruce D. Sprague of Horseheads, New York, born in Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Sr. Sprague and Emily McMillan Sprague; his siblings, Leon Jr., Duane, Daralyn and Barbara; his siblings-in-law, John Shook, Dorothy, Jeanette and Richard Gildea; his parents-in-law, Merle Sr. and Helen Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Florence, Bill Tenny, Merial, Stewart Allen, Peg, Walt Kowalski, Gail, Harold Burdick, Al Sr. and Jean Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Baker Sprague; his daughter Jo Helen; his son-in-law Kelly Legare; his son Bruce Michael Sprague (Daniel Schaefer); his grandchildren, Emily Aileen Legare and Aidan Ryan Legare; his sister Carolyn Gildea of Monet, MO; his siblings-in-law, Merle Jr., Bonnie Baker of Odessa, NY, Ken and Diana Baker of Horseheads; and his golf buddies, Art, Gary, Ron, Roger and Sid. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
