She was predeceased by: her mother Joyce Nowaczyk Lee; and her husband Scott P. Perry. She is survived by: her father Robert Lee; her sons, Scott J. Perry and Jeffrey A. Perry; her grandchildren, Paityn Rose and Hadleigh Noelle; and her siblings, Teri Kamas (Gary) and Bob Lee (Belinda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
