Usack; her grandchildren, Manuel (Anna), Rosa (Andy) and Richie; her son Matthew M. Usack Sr. (Holly); her grandchildren, Chelsea (Duncan), Emilee (Kyle), Lindey (Alan), Matthew, Maria and Kayleb; her son Peter J. Usack; her grandchildren, Audrianna, Elizabeth, Grace and Eli; and her great grandchildren, Eva, Mellie, Sadie, Max, Oliver, Myles, Peyton, Vivian, Victoria, Violet, Manny, Maiya, Laelani, Bryson, Ella, Evelyn, Charlotte, Henry, Leora, Forest and Sage.
