She was predeceased by: her husband Albert J. Smith; her parents, Robert Kilpatrick and Eurdean Kilpatrick; and her siblings, Robert "Butch" Kilpatrick and Gloria Bennett.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Ann Smith of Sayre; her sister Shirley Pacheco (Alice Seeley); her godchildren, Krystal Conaty, Kristina Wendling and Brenden Wendling; and her pet Mandy Mae. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
