He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Westbrook and Madeline Westbrook (Comfort); his grandson Russell J. Westbrook Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Don Brown, James Falzarano and Martha Westbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Lehman of Bolivar and Russell Westbrook of Hornell; his grandchildren, Zane Lehman, Anthony Westbrook (Bree) and Collin Westbrook; his great grandchildren, Paige, Leigha, Emmalee, Elana, Zoey, Kinsley and Huxley; his siblings, Mary Lou Brown of Canisteo, Patricia Falzarano of Hornell, James Westbrook (Patricia) of Canisteo and Stanley Westbrook; his nieces and nephews, Jeff, Steve Brown, J. P. Falzarano, Sandy Westbrook, Ginger Parker, Pam Westbrook-Dool and Michelle Valentine; his adoptive daughters, Susan Zapata Patrick, Midge McChesney, Clair of China and Tabbie Rinaldi; and his close friend Joni Vallieres (Cheryl Mueller).
