He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Dugan, Sr. and Ann Gomoski Dugan; his sisters, Frances Huntone and Peggy Firman; and his wife Betty Defabrizio Dugan.
He is survived by: his brother Robert Dugan (Debbie); and his children, William H. Dugan III and Marty Dugan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
