He is survived by: his wife Sandra McGregor Coogan; his children, Sean Coogan of Hornell, Nic Coogan of Savona and Ashley Austin of Savona; and his siblings, Michael Coogan of Tacoma, WA, Patrick Coogan of Hornell, David Coogan of Athens, GA, Cathy Harris of Hornell and Daniel Coogan of Hornell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
