He was predeceased by: his parents, George Willey and Agnes Willey (Fullwood); and his siblings, George and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sister Clara; his children, David (Teresa), Elizabeth (Michael) and Charles (Ann); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Lindsay (Matthew), Rebecca, Julia and Jordan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the United Presbyterian Church, Alzheimer's Association, or Palmesano Strong.
