Woodworth, Annabel G. Woodworth, Marcus W. Woodworth and John Alderman; his siblings, Patricia Baer, Merle Woodworth (Debbie), Jerry Woodworth (Faith), Helen Storms (David), Connie Force (Gerry), Kathryn Rice (Reginald), Lorrie Wallace (Jeffrey), Ellie Johnson and April Rogers (Kelly); and his close friend Sheila Wagner. He is also survived by son and nieces and nephews.
