He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Yates of Caledonia, Steve Yates of West Almond, John Yates (Lisa) of Angelica, Michael Yates (Rachel) of Alexander, NY and Christine Loomis (Mark) of Springwater, NY. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Bill's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
