He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret "Mitzi" Gemmell Amphlett and Wally Amphlett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sherman; his children, Amy Wulforst (Andrew) of Rochester and Matthew "Matt" Amphlett of Hornell; his grandchildren, Noah, Ella, Jadon, Cameran and Tristan; and his siblings, Jack Amphlett (Maureen) of Ontario, NY and Maureen Yurkewecz of Spencerport, NY. He is also survived by numerous in-laws and cousins.
Wally's family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Warren R. Amphlett Scholarship Fund, C/O Amy Amphlett Wulforst, 245 Shaftsbury Road, Rochester, NY 14610.
