She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Eveland and Beverly Eveland (Buono). She is survived by: her husband Michael "Mike" Sciotti; her children, Lesley Andrews (Shephard) of Rochester, Paul Shephard III of Bloomington, IN, Brianne Eveland of Rochester and Ciara Cuesta of Schenectady; her siblings, Patricia Flaitz (Gerry) of Hartsville, Marlene Sullivan (Mike) of Bath, Thomas Eveland (Deanna) and Mark Eveland of Hornell; and her brother-in-law Paul Sciotti (Barbara) of Mechanicsburg, PA. She is also survived by 4 step-children, and several nieces & nephews.
Virginia's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation, PO Box 23204, Rochester, NY 14692.
