He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gallagher and Hazel Gallagher (Dunham); and his siblings, Jack Gallagher, Virginia Arwine, Helen Persichilli, Jeanne Furdock, Marilyn Hunt and Betty Sexton.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gee Gallagher; his son Thomas Gallagher of Canisteo; his grandchildren, Ann Bush (Matt), Mary Stewart (Joe) of Canisteo, Laurie Stewart (Brian) of Canisteo and John Gallagher of Canisteo; and his great grandchildren, Aidan, Quintin, Darwin, Gideon, Josephine, Leo and Poppy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
