He was predeceased by: his significant other Frannie Minor. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Gallagher Sr (Moyer) and Raymond Sr; his siblings, Valerie Gallagher, Ahlstrom Gallagher of Hornell, Lori Gallagher and Raymond Gallagher Jr; his stepdaughter Miranda Fletcher; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Moore, Megan Ahlstrom, Emily Ahlstrom, Kayla Miller, Carl Gallagher, Jazzmin Ahlstrom, Isis Fitzgerald, Michael Ahlstrom and Draven Fitzgerald. He is also survived by several other nieces, and nephews.
