He is survived by: his mother Kathy Miller (Robbins) of Lakeland, FL; his wife Jessica Glover; his stepdaughter Jaidynn Glover of Arkport; and his siblings, Jaime Farner (Nick Farner) of Collins, NY and Brandon Holmes (Aislinn Lewis-Holmes) of Montross, VA.
Ted's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Springville Field and Stream Club.
